"My HKG" is the official mobile application developed by Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), providing a comprehensive range of functionalities for travelers. The app offers real-time flight information and notifications, enables booking of airport services, including pre-ordering food, features an interactive map for terminal navigation, facilitates automatic Wi-Fi connection, and offers a chatbot for answering inquiries related to HKIA. Additionally, users can create a personal profile to store airport vouchers and MyTAG information.

The "My HKG" mobile app is accessible in Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean versions, catering to a diverse range of users. Please be advised that data usage charges may apply as per the user's mobile network service provider. To avoid additional charges, it is recommended to disable Data Roaming in the Settings of your mobile device.
